Macromedia flash is an internet media player

Flash plays small, fast multimedia buttons, as well as interactive animations, flying logos, and graphics created in Macromedia Flash. This player is very small, takes only a short time to download, and is a great starting point for experiencing multimedia on the Web. Flash also supports high-fidelity MP3 streaming audio, text entry fields, interactive interfaces, and more. All Flash formats can be viewed with this latest release.
Flash Player is practically an Internet standard when it comes to viewing multimedia content on the Web. Animations and graphics created for the player are often engaging and well executed. Update: May 2, 2020(revised Nov. 3, 2021)

A user who got it working on Windows 10 explains how he did it.

Playr 2 4 1 4 Download

  1. Update to Olympus 2.1.4
(The user had version 2.1.0 installed and he updated to version 2.1.4. The link at the top of this page is for version 2.1.4, so you can skip this step.)

I used my old copy of the Digital Wave Player software CD but the drivers would not connect to the VN-2100PC. I then used the:

and followed step 1 to get the update to version 2.1.4

I used the DWPUP5EN.exe to apply the 2.1.4 update to my installed Digital Wave Player. (My disk was version 2.1.0)

[Note: The link at the top of this page is for Version 2.1.4.
File DWPUP5EN.exe is in directory DigitalWavePlayerUpdate214Vista+AMD of the above download file olympus_digital_wave_player_for_windows.zip This is the English version. The other files in that directory are for different languages, based on the last 2 letters of the file name, as explained in VNSeries64Driver_Readme_EN.pdf]

  2. Update drivers for Windows 10:

I then moved on to the 'install the driver' section and used VNSeries64Driver.zip [available in the above download]to get the new drivers and followed the instructions and it worked!

My VN-2100PC now works with my Windows 10 computer!!!!
